These workshops are for ANY dancer 5 thru 17 years old and their parent(s) interested in learning what competition dance is all about at Studio 65.
Along with the new prospects, we would like for any RETURNING members of the competition team who have NOT previously, but are interested in performing as a soloist / duet / trio, for the 2019-20 season, to attend with their parents.
Each workshop has a limited # available spots on the floor! There is no cost for the workshops, but in order to attend you must sign up via ticketleap to reserve your spot. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
1:00 - 1:45pm Ages 5-7
2:00 - 3:00pm Ages 8-12
3:15 - 4:15pm Ages 13 & up
Allie will work with the dancers on the main floor, while all parents are invited into Studio B to meet with staff and current dance parents who are excited to answer all questions and distribute information.
Dancers are to bring a water bottle with their name on it. Wear all black: form fitting tank/t-shirt, shorts/leggings, hair pulled back off of face (prefer a high bun). Dancers can dance bare foot, wear dance paws, half soles, or jazz shoes. No street shoes allowed.
